About Wun Wu
Wonder quick Chinese food! Best in Allentown
Wun Wu is one of the chinese restaurants listed in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The business is registered at 225 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18101; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Allentown; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Pennsylvania are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 10:30 AMβ11:45 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (610) 435-9998. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
With 3.9 out of 5 on Google from 349 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for chinese restaurants in Allentown. Recent reviews are the best guide.
Allentown is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Allentown peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I ordered food off the phone great service. I came in to pick up, the lady was so sweet she also gave me a free coke with my meal. It was pouring rain outside, and she was so kind to take my food outside to my car literally while it was pouring. I never have a service like this!

I have been eating there since I was a kid and was never disappointed until the old owner left. The food and portions have not been the same. The prices have gone up. I got food from there again today, and the tostones were soggy and the red sauce on the meat was chunky. Even the lemonade was watered down.

Good serving size for a good price. Flavor is good. The staff in the front was very nice and helpful. Overall very satisfied, will order again.

I will be completely honest. The food is amazing that I cannot deny. The prices are outrageous! The owners are greedy to say the least. If you want extra duck sauce, it's $0.25 per packet. If you want extra sauce on your food it's a couple of dollars. The woman behind the counter is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. She's very rude and will argue with you tooth and nail. And because of this reason I will not order from this restaurant again.

The place is a solid Chinese food place I don't know about the bad reviews but it seemed pretty good the food came out quick and it tasted pretty good just like any other Chinese food place. They don't accept credit cards it's probably the swipe fees but there's a ATM so you can just take money out and pay in cash I don't think it's that big of a deal if they don't accept credit cards.
